What is temporary work?

Provisional work is a relatively young form of employment in Poland, but very common in the world. It is a flexible form of employment with 3 entities:

An entrepreneur who employs an employee hired by temporary employment agency
Temporary employment agency - the employer with whom the temporary worker is being connected with the employment relationship
Temporary employee - the person employed by the temporary employment agency under a temporary employment contract, working for and under the direction of the employer of the user

The rules of functioning on the market of the employment agency are regulated by the Act of Temporary Work of July 9, 2003 - on the employment of temporary employees.
